Yoga and Pilates blog: The Varasana pose again

My colleague has shared with me that the virasana pose also helps her to ease her stomach and she always gets into that pose after every meal, even while at work. Amazing! I can’t sit on my heels on an office chair without attracting a lot attention.  The boss would think I’m crazy. But its great to meet a fellow yogi who believes in the virasana pose! It gives me more hope in getting my indigestion cured. Anyway, It’s now a pose that I’m working on each day after dinner.
