Last night I felt uncomfortable after having dinner again so I got down in Vajrasana pose again. It helped me burp and made me feel better. I’m so happy to have learnt this pose. Stomach problems have been kept at bay so far. The real test will come during the Christmas and Chinese New Year feastings… If Vajrasana is the answer, I will be able to do without antacids and all sort of tablets for good. (Keeping my fingers crossed)
