It seems like most of the yoga poses I come across helps with digestion. This pose improves the digestion and blood circulation of the body. It also helps to relieve menopausal discomfort. The hamstrings, calves, arches and groin are given a good stretch here. It also opens the throat, chest, shoulders and hips while lengthening the spine. The triangle also helps to stabilize and strengthen the legs and torso.
