Pilates: How to stretch your Piriformis

This is a very popular stretch that is done in both yoga and pilates. To do this stretch, lie on your back and bend your knees. Next place your right ankle on your left knee and then hug your upper right leg. You will feel a nice stretch on your butt. Repeat with the other side.
