Yoga: How to do the Tree Pose (Vrksasana)

The Tree Pose is one of my favorite yoga poses because it helps me to work on my concentration. To do the tree poise, first stand on both feet. Then slowly bend the right leg and rest it on the left inner thigh. Your arms are raised above your head as you do this pose. Hold this pose for about 10 to 20 seconds before coming out of this pose. Then repeat this pose on the other side of the leg.
