Yoga: Physical Benefits of Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana)

This yoga pose can strengthen the calves, knees and thighs. It opens the hips and joints and increases the lung capacity. It also lengthens the spine and improves digestion. It also alleviates the symptoms of arithrities.
